Main responsibilities :

• Ensure governance frameworks comply with data security, regulations, and enterprise standards.
• Define and implement a strategic roadmap for Python deployment and scaling.
• Provide training and support to empower non-technical users and foster self-sufficiency.
• Monitor platform performance and optimize resource allocation for scalability and efficiency.
• Encourage innovation through best practices, templates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead change management efforts to drive Python adoption and stakeholder alignment.
• Implement quality assurance processes and develop metrics to measure platform effectiveness.

Required profile :

• Master in Software Engineering with at least 4 years professional experience
• Extensive experience in Python architecture, development (Pandas expertise), and governance.
• Proficiency in Linux/Windows administration and SQL query optimization.
• Leadership in software engineering, CI/CD processes, and business-critical application support.
• Strong skills in Excel, VBA, and familiarity with Java, AWS, Bash scripting, and full-stack development.
• Proven ability to train Citizen Developers and lead organizational change initiatives.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with a strong analytical mindset.
• English fluency required; French and/or German a plus; experience in C#.NET and FinTech appreciated.
