Title: Senior Packaging Engineer (Temporary)
Location: Le Locle
Temporary position : 1 year 
 

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage project objectives, budgets, timelines, and technical deliverables.
• Lead process improvement, equipment installation, and validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to quality, regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
• Train operators and technicians and oversee project reporting.

Profile:

• Education: Engineering degree or equivalent. Fluency in French and English.
• Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role.
• Skills: Project and team management, industrial process knowledge, quality/safety standards, statistical tools (e.g., Minitab), microtechnology processes, and advanced computer skills.
• Personal: Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience in the medical field and regulatory compliance is a plus.
