For the Landlord Representation division, we are looking for a Consultant (m/f/d) to join our team in Geneva.

Tasks and reponsibilities

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Managing mandates for the initial letting and re-letting of commercially used properties
  • Supporting prospective tenants from the first contact, through property viewings, to the conclusion of the rental agreement
  • Developing innovative marketing strategies and concepts
  • Controlling marketing activities and managing third-party service providers
  • Collaboration in the preparation of offers for the acquisition of new mandates

Qualifications and requirements

  • Completed studies with a focus on real estate or training as a real estate marketer
  • Professional experience (at least 3 years) in the field of commercial real estate (marketing, management, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of the office market
  • Structured and organized way of working
  • French at native speaker level and fluent in written and spoken English
  • Open and communicative personality
  • Highly motivated and a team player
