The Marketing Director, Legal will champion the Asia & Emerging Markets (AEM) in-region strategy for a high-growth division, catering to diverse and evolving legal technology and content industries.
Managing marketers in Australia, South Korea, Singapore & Dubai, this senior role will help to shape the brand presence, in-region partnerships and channels, and demand generation program for Thomson Reuters in AEM region.
About the Role
As a Marketing Director, Legal, you will:
- Develop demand vision and strategy, create and implement enterprise wide segmentation and attribution model, and ensure the coordination of all marketing activities.
- Drive quality leads and consistent and repeatable demand creation across multiple geographies and business units.
- Lead all aspects related paid media, content marketing, marketing campaigns and demand generation and the planning, execution and optimization of all digital commerce operations.
- Develop and deliver marketing programs and campaigns that engage customers, and use marketing technology skills to apply innovative digital solutions and analytics as well as measure, analyze, and predict program performance.
- Provide marketing performance reporting and recommendations.
- Build enterprise processes and governance for marketing campaigns and demand generation, and ensure privacy guidelines are adhered to.
About You
As a Marketing Director, Legal, you should ideally possess the following:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing preferrable in strategic B2B roles
- Strong track record in demand generation for SAAS organizations
- Strong people leadership experience (APAC preferred but open to ANZ regional consideration)
- Deep expertise in digital strategy with proven track record
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, work independently, and complete tasks under time pressure
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and consultative skills
