About the Role
Demonstrate the use of Tax & Accounting products to the customer, focusing on the Audit Workflow products
Tailors client presentations to the unique needs of the individual account and articulates the proposals through ROI justification to shorten the sales cycle.
Prospects new customers, validate their needs, shape product plans and support other Sales Executives with setting up demos
Attains sales and renewal targets and quotas on a monthly basis
Possesses core knowledge across products within the sub-segment and engage Solutions Consultants where deep product expertise is required to drive to close
Supports developing and executing territory growth strategies
Seeks feedback on product usage to ensure customer satisfaction
Completes weekly sales performance reports and completes all CRM reporting in a timely and accurate manner
Drives strategic initiatives supported by assigned account team consisting of Sales Development Representative, Client Executive and Solutions Consultants to drive growth in assigned territory
Leverages sales automation tools and data insights to engage prospects and expedite sales cycles (such as utilizing Flash/EMS/Salesforce)
Understand specific customer archetypes and needs which are most prevalent within the sub-segment and territory
Attends sales meetings and conventions as required
Refer to the Role Descriptions and Career Path Progression document for specific years of experience and Education
Successful sales experience with proven/consistent track record of quota attainment
About You
Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in an Account Executive role with proven/consistent track record of quota attainment
Software as a Service Sales (SAAS) experience a plus
Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniques
Excellent communication skills & presentation skills to maximize phone and virtual client meetings/presentations
Strong prospecting and closing skills
Ability to win new customers as well as cross sell/upsell existing customers
Strong time management and organization skills
Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation
Highly proficient in MS Office suite, utilizing a CRM (such as Salesforce preferred) and overall technical aptitude
Continuous learner, flexible and open-minded, positive attitude
High level of integrity and understanding of sales ethic
