We are seeking a Senior Testing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will use your expertise to help improve processes and workflows, contributing to the overall success of our projects and business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that systems and applications meet high-quality standards and user requirements. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage product rollouts with project managers and users.

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts based on system requirements.

Test systems and applications to ensure they meet quality standards and user needs.

Assist with automation framework maintenance and enhancements.

Identify, document, and analyze defects; recommend solutions and perform root cause analysis.

Coordinate and manage testing activities across multiple projects.

Retest issues after fixes to ensure they are resolved.

Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance testing strategies.

Mentor junior team members and provide guidance as needed.
Qualifications:
-
5-8 years of experience as a Testing Analyst.

Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Quality Assurance processes.

Knowledge of relevant operating systems, languages, and database tools.

Experience with defect tracking systems and automated regression testing tools.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to testing.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Experience with Jira, HPALM, and UFT required.
