You have good knowledge and solid experience of leading and you enjoy meeting and interacting with various business partners. You have experience of project management and working in a fast changing environment. You are comfortable with communicating, also in English. You have proven analytical and numerical skills, strong computer skills and a very high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
You enjoy applying a tactical and operational approach for analysing business opportunities and you are inspired by challenging situations. You have an eagerness to understand the IKEA business needs and influence improvement of the business with a focus on customer satisfaction.
For this role you have an education within logistics, economics, business administration or relevant work experience. You bring with you at least 2-4 years working experience from supply chain on operational and/or tactical level.
Your responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the performance of assigned service partners and develop the omnichannel capabilities of the IKEA service offer.
Key responsibilities ;
- Operations and development for services connected to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new operational models
- Operational excellence
- Efficiency and continuous improvement
- Ensuring short and mid-term capacities
- Cost development
- Lead-time development
- Communications
- Implementation of Sustainability agenda
This role is fulltime, temporary 1 year(prolongation possible) and located at Service Office in Helsingborg and some travelling (1 day/week), are expected in the position.
