The Senior Marketing Manager leads the overall marketing strategy and innovation and contributes to the growth and operating results of the company by providing leadership and direction on the Adult Care category. Responsible for delivering topline growth, accretive margins, market shares, and brand equity. The role reports to the Regional Sector Leader IPC Adult Care who leads the overall business strategy for Adult Care in the IPC (Key markets include Australia, Korea, Indonesia, China, Brazil). This is a unique opportunity to make your mark in leading full scaling plans for the Adult Care category within IPC. The candidate will also help develop the business strategy and deliver marketing plans in close collaboration with the local country partners.
Role Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Lead the regional marketing strategy for Adult Care in APAC. Drive clarity on brand fundamentals: brand vision, segmentation, architecture, idea, and positioning.
- Define robust 3-year innovation pipeline rooted in local consumer needs and aligned with brand architecture. Leverage the innovation hubs around the world in other regions and within the region to identify ideas that can/ should travel so that every market has a well-populated innovation pipeline in line with locally relevant consumer needs and their brand architecture.
- Lead, own and drive full scaling strategy and innovation/activation plans on creating the category and driving penetration in priority markets across IPC
- Act as the connective tissue between the global marketing/growth organizations and the local markets
- Ensure best in class commercial execution in the market (communication, activation programs) by collaborating with local partners, translating the brand fundamentals into well-defined and executable frameworks
- Own external relationships with agencies

Essential Requirements
- Be a change agent while building strong relationships
- Min 8 years of experience in FMCG Marketing roles in the region and country
- Brand building experience specifically in consumer insights, new product development, communication, campaign development
- Global/Regional Innovation experience including FEI, new product development, domain expansions
- Led Digital acceleration programs and experienced in digital analytics
- Strong strategic thinking and skill to influence broad multifunctional team
