The Opportunity
’We drive sustainable Supply Chain Operations & Logistics to deliver what patients need next’ - Supply Chain Operations & Logistics Teams ensure on-time and in-full delivery of products, documents and data along the global E2E supply chain of Roche Pharma. We provide right first time order, inventory and logistics management services by effectively collaborating with different partners, CMO/suppliers and customers around the world as one end-to-end network.
As a Supply Chain Systems Manager (SCSM), you enable the order, supply and distribution management functions by ensuring reliable system functionalities and compliant data and process standards across the global E2E supply chain operations network and act as the primary support of the systems solutions for the user community. Your general accountability is defined by the Roche corporate directives, guidelines and operating principles, as well as by the company's core values and behaviors. The key responsibilities of a Supply Chain Systems Manager are:

Provide functional and configuration expertise for SAP ERP, focusing on the SAP SD/MM modules

Ensure reliable system operations and efficient resolution of issues

Act as the first level support for end users on system, master data, and interface-related topics

Develop and maintain systems documentation, including business process procedures, functional specifications, and process flows

Support testing and implementation of fixes and enhancements in SAP, including new processes and changes to existing ones

Develop training materials, conduct briefings, demos, and training sessions for users while providing technical support on roles, functions, and parameters

Work with IT support organizations to resolve complex issues, coordinate with other SCSM/Super User networks, support cross-functional projects, and maintain effective communication and collaboration across functions
Who you are
-
Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SD/MM modules as an expert or consultant, with SAP eWM knowledge and SAP certification or equivalent being a plus

Supply chain experience in the pharma or logistics industry is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or APICS certification is advantageous

Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and an attitude for constantly learning and efficiently implementing new concepts

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact across different cultures and time zones

Ability to prioritize, complete multiple tasks simultaneously, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
