The specific focus for this role will be on influencing and driving the operational performance through best practice adoption and optimization, fully integrating digital systems in continuous improvement and leveraging data analytics capability to bring our Supply Chain operation to the next level.
Additionally, the role will have 13 direct reports including Asset Care, Regional Technical and Reliability Leaders across 5 Accountable Business Units in IFP Segment and will be leading a very diverse culture and work through different time zones.
In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Responsible for the development and deployment of the IFP Integrated Operational Excellence (iOPEX) strategy as well as making sure successful implementation that will position KC Supply Chain team as a top tier performer.

Key influencer in the development and implementation of the Global Manufacturing strategy

Key liaison with Global Manufacturing team, and ultimate owner of Global Manufacturing performance reporting systems within IFP (i.e OEE Umbrella, P2030 Best Practice tracking)

Key influencer in the development and implementation of the IFP Digital Manufacturing strategy

Provide feedback on footprint potential and Mill optimisation to support Supply Chain optimisation

Leverage a global mindset with the ability to dimension business case/value delivery in Supply Chain and across all businesses within IFP to drive value for the business.

Manage the Regional Technical & Reliability leaders to drive iOPEX implementation to fulfil (or anticipate) regional execution timeline; optimize and amplify manufacturing efficiency.

Leads the team to analyse performance gaps, value the opportunities, work with mills to develop and implement action plans to resolve prioritized gaps.

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Engineering or Technical Degree from an accredited college/university.

Preferably, minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience in Tissue Manufacturing
-
Significant relevant professional experience, preferably with 5+ years of experience in a Consumer/Professional business unit.

Strong knowledge of Lean and demonstrated examples of application of LEAN principles.
-
Knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain interconnectivities relative to overall business implications
-
Previous exposure to internal supply chain metrics: OEE, Production Conformance, OTIF & RFT.

Exposure to large, interconnected software systems such as SAP ERP, CPC, MES, PIMS, PIPE etc.

Ability to analyse, interpret, make decisions and dimension value opportunity utilizing data
