About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the Licensing Team in implementing the global licensing strategy and go-to market activities
  • Supporting with the Licensing Report on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Merchandising, Marketing teams, etc) in order to support in the implementation of the licensing categories in Swarovski distribution
  • Taking care of the global sample management process
  • Overseeing cost tracking and PO creation
  • Liaising with the training department to develop training materials
  • Supporting the creation of the collection framework (e.g. product content) and maintain all the information in the product database (PLM)
  • Leading ad-hoc projects i.e. representing the category in specific activities, cross-functional work and alignment with internal stakeholders

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree/ Education, preferably in business economics, business administration/ management or marketing
  • Past professional experience in marketing role in an international company is a plus
  • Experience in using MS Office package.
  • Excellent analytical , organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills – another language is a plus
  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Creative and flexible approach whenever possible and pro-active attitude
