The Associate Director, Operations Finance will provide financial, analytical and business support to the Director, Operations Finance; ISC Strategy Execution team; and Pharmaceutical Systems leaders.
The individual plays a critical role in providing financial insights that will drive the strategic decisions, financial forecasts and operating plans. This person and their respective team members will drive financial statement forecasts, operating budgets and support strategic modeling.

About the role
The Associate Director, Operations Finance will provide financial, analytical and business support to the Director, Operations Finance; ISC Strategy Execution team; and Pharmaceutical Systems leaders.
This person will play a critical role in providing financial insights that will drive the strategic decisions, financial forecasts and operating plans.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with plant managers to support the month-end close process, including analysis of variances to budget and forecast.
- Ensure meticulous budget and forecast preparation and loading, including annual cost updates.
- Support the PS capital work stream, including capital planning and analysis of manufacturing locations.
- Conduct NPV/IRR/Payback analysis of projects to determine prioritization of capital spending; validate financial savings and test underlying assumptions for soundness.
- Support sites in the development and submission of CB2s.
- Collaborate with teams for fixed asset transfers on valuation, approvals, and coordination.
- Serve as the primary financial business partner to the ISC Strategy Execution team, advising on manufacturing network performance.
- Develop and direct short-term and long-range financial plans consistent with corporate strategies.
- Conduct complex financial analyses to provide creative insights and recommendations.
- Managing the investment planning process.
- Responsible for the preparation of ad hoc analysis / business support as required.
- Mentor and develop direct reports to foster an inclusive and growth-centered environment.
About you
You are an experienced finance professional with a strong background in Operations Finance, Costing, and Analysis. You possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, with an MBA/ CPA/ CMA preferred. With over 7 years of relevant accounting experience, you have a proven track record in financial systems and tools, particularly SAP and BPC or equivalent experience.

- Resilient and persistent when faced with obstacles.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence management through informed discussions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including crafting and manipulating complex spreadsheets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to support locations in multiple time zones, with 20% travel required.
