You will be leading financial risk management operations for various units, which involves identifying, evaluating, and mitigating financial risks that could impact the organization’s stability and growth. You will be responsible for leading a team dedicated to solving complex issues through data analysis and detailed reporting.In this role, you will leverage key competencies such as strategic thinking, analytical skills, and leadership. You will utilize advanced risk assessment tools and methodologies to monitor market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks. Who you are?
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting or Risk Management or equivalent
- At least 7 years of experience managing back-office operations or risk management (e.g., invoicing, allocations, underwriting submission data, cert. of insurance, etc.) with an understanding of accounting for insurance operations
- Proven experience leading and developing teams.
- Willingness to learn new skills with steep learning curve and automation knowledge and mindset for continuous process improvement.
- Experience in processes and/or reports automation using technical tools such as: Power BI, Power Apps, Knime, Python, etc. SAP solid knowledge is required.
- Ability to adapt in rapidly changing environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to make the complex simple. Role will be required to support and interact with US based GRM team as well as brokers, insurers and consultants. Fluency in English is a must
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote / hybrid environment
What do you do?
- Support GPCRM in compiling, organizing, and maintaining data necessary for best-in-class underwriting applications and submissions (e.g., property replacement valuation, business interruption valuation, revenue by country, headcount by country, auto counts (owned vs leased), payroll by country, etc.)
- Support GPCRM and Assistant Treasurer in compiling and visualizing Cost of Risk Transfer (e.g., insurance premiums, by line of coverage and insurance company, by segment, by country), which is GRM’s key performance metric
- Support GPCRM and Assistant Treasurer in budgeting / forecasting Cost of Risk Transfer and communicating to key stakeholders
- Support Assistant Treasurer in managing the operations of K-C’s captive insurance company, Ridgeway, including, but not limited to, review of monthly / quarterly financial results, reconciliation of cash receipts with reinsurers, assist with internal and external audit, identify loss trends
- Support GPCRM, Assistant Treasurer and internal customers in gathering, compiling and organizing data to be submitted to insurance companies for insurance claims
