Our vision for Medication Management Solutions (MMS):
With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.
The role:
The Marketing Director will drive the marketing vision and strategy for Medication Management Solutions EMEA. Reporting to the Vice President/General Manager MMS EMEA, the Marketing Director will be critical to the success of the BD MMS business within the BD Medical Segment. In this role you will have the objective to develop and implement the marketing strategy and capabilities for BD Medication Management Solutions in the EMEA region to unlock the potential, growth, and profitability of the MMS portfolio, services, and solutions.
The incumbent will lead a direct team of 6 associates and a total team of about 30 regional marketing associates.
Key responsibilities:

Builds strong organization, processes, and develops critical capabilities to drive integrated solutions and achieve the marketing strategy.

Serves as a leader and coach. Drives marketing excellence by upskilling across marketing competencies. Requests robust organization and resources. Enables marketing synergies to make marketing organization to cope with current and future opportunities.

Leads the monitoring and analysis of the EMEA market (competition, industry trends, public policies) and develop compelling value proposition and value offers across the MMS portfolio.

Acts as a Marketing Champion in product launches including commercial excellence planning and execution.

Responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the MMS EMEA BU marketing plan. Facilitates the translation of regional and WW marketing strategies into key tactical decisions and action plans.
About you:
We are looking for a senior Marketing leader within the Medical Device industry with extensive depth and breadth of marketing expertise. We are particularly interested in those with experience in Capital Equipment and/or connectivity/software.
Also you will have:

The ability to build and communicate a vision and strategy, set direction, drive practical execution of the strategy to overachieve business results.

An established track record to successfully operate in an international environment and experience in leading teams of professionals.

Experience leading marketing organizations of different formats and in diverse environments. ideally working experience in a matrix organization.

A deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and clinical standards to deliver innovation and improve health outcomes, better serve customer needs, and drive company results.

Strategic and analytical capabilities, and sound business acumen

Business management experience is a plus

The cultural fit will be critical, with emphasis on the drive to succeed and also strong interpersonal skills. The ability to build strong coalitions and influence the key stakeholders (Hub Leaders, members of the EMEA Marketing team, and Global Marketing teams), to leverage their strengths to drive growth, will also be the key to success.
