About the Role

Randstad Digital Switzerland is looking for an ERP Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ERP solutions for one of our clients. In this role, you will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define technical specifications, ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems, and contribute to the overall Enterprise Architecture for Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

• Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable ERP architectures.

• Develop and maintain ERP architecture, ensuring seamless integration with other applications.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.

• Conduct system audits and performance assessments to optimize ERP functionality.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in ERP technologies.

• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP implementation and architecture, with expertise in both Oracle and SAP.

• Strong understanding of ERP modules, functionalities, and integration patterns.

• Proven track record in designing and implementing complex ERP solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

• Certifications in Oracle and/or SAP ERP systems are a plus.

• Fluency in English is essential.

This is a position working fully remote with occasional visits to Geneva.
