A strong interest in admission and enrollment and a passion for working with students are essential qualities for this role.

Reporting to the Admissions & Enrollment Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating candidates’ applications, providing support to them throughout their admissions journey, and giving a final answer according to SLAs.

To complete our teams, we are looking for an:

What will you do?

  • Evaluate candidates’ applications according to academic and institutional requirements
  • Evaluate academic excellence award requests
  • Respond to candidates’ questions related to admissions process in a timely and highly professional manner
  • Ensure data conformity
  • Prepare and communicate adequate reporting to other departments
  • Collect required documents throughout the process
  • Participate in internal and on campus recruitment events
  • Conducting research to authenticate the legitimacy of a diploma by utilizing various resources such as EHL's database, online sources, personal connections, printed materials, and professional evaluators.
  • Establish and maintain communication with professional organizations to stay informed about the latest updates and advancements in admission criteria and practices.
  • Maintain and develop excellent relationships with key stakeholders such as Students, University Counsellors, Parents etc.
  • Support the execution of the sales strategy by executing new sales initiatives

Who you are?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in management o related field
  • You have 3-5 years minimum experience in sales & recruitment environment
  • You have experience in customer facing roles
  • You are strong in analytical skills, mastery of office pack, and ease with IT sales related IT systems (e.g. HubSpot)
  • You are service oriented, have an attention to detail, and are process oriented
  • You are fluent in English, French is a plus, any other languages strongly recommended
  • Experience working with partially remote teams members
