User Support & IT Technician

For a permanent role, we are actively looking for

Ideal candidate should have experience in users Support within a multicultural company.

It is truly a fantastic opportunity to work in a first-class environment. Fluent French and English are a must for this role.

As part of dynamic and experienced team, your role will be to :

  • Provide first class support (Hardware & Software) to users - level 1 and 2 .
  • Deploy, administer and monitor components (PC, Laptop, Mobile devices,…)
  • Escalade to level 3 when needed

Your Profile & Skills, ideally:

We value your soft skills as much as your know how.

  • IT diploma (CFC or higher) with at least 5 years similar experience within a multicultural society .
  • Good knowledge of Operating Systems : Windows 10/11, Max OSX, IOS, Android
  • Good knowledge of Software : Office 2019 & 365, Adobe Suite, SCCM & MDM tools (Intune, Airwatch), SharePoint, Active Directory
  • Good Knowledge of ISTM tools, Exchange
  • Knowledge of Security Workstations & Telephony management

Again fluency in French & English is a MUST, another language is always a nice to have (italian, spanish, portugese, german...)
