Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

  • Minimum 8 years of experience across professional accounting, FP&A and financial reporting in MNC. Preferred experience with energy business and financial modelling
  • Knowledge of capital intensive project cost management and accounting
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or finance
  • Professional certifications (e.g. ACCA, CA, CIA, FRM) are preferred
  • Knowledge of internal control principles
  • Good knowledge of IFRS and international tax
  • Knowledge of ERP system. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Jet report and Power BI will be an added advantage
  • Success-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic, high pressure and fast-pace environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Aktivitäten

This role will work closely with Finance and Systems Director of TRDG APC as a core member of the hub finance team with the following responsibilities:

Accounting and Tax

  • Define group accounting policy
  • Review Group monthly reporting submitted by finance team
  • Review Group Reporting (CAP) quarterly
  • Ensure timely and accurate closing of finance and accounting activities monthly and reporting
  • Business partnering with other functions and relevant parties in the Group
  • Oversee of Group year-end audit and annual corporate tax submission
  • Review inter-company and intra-group transactions to ensure accounts are booked and reconciled timely
  • Oversee Singapore’s regulatory and statutory reporting is prepared and submitted on time
  • Support TRDG business team on finance related matters in Asia
  • Monitor group finance governance compliance
  • Involve and support regional finance projects and initiatives (e.g. M&A, financing due diligence, target acquisition etc)
  • Review Group tax filings and returns (e.g. withholding tax, VAT, annual tax returns etc)
  • Coordinate with regional tax function on tax regulation updates and other tax schedules
  • Advised group restructuring on efficient group structure, valuation and key accounting considerations
  • Performed accounting advisory to align business objectives and business partneringnew market entry and investments
  • Coach finance teams on the technical (e.g. accounting updates, ESG etc) and quality aspects of financial reporting and tax

Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)

  • Ensure timely monthly Group reporting to Paris
  • Review monthly consolidated management reporting for the Group in comparison of business targets and rolling forecast
  • Review the performance target of Solar project and variance analysis on project cost and profit between budget and actual
  • Review and analyse actual vs budget costs in different departments and countries
  • Report and analyse on the financial performance of the business with granularity of data prevision and accuracy on the identfied cost drivers
  • Review and support the annual budget, Long Term Planning and regular forecasting
  • Review project, budgeting and KPI presentations to management
  • Review and analyse with project teams in different geographies and the regional hub for project controlling and variance analysis
  • Drive forecasting and budgeting to align the finance function with the strategic vision of the business

Strategic Initiatives and Projects

  • Support finance and tax advisory on strategic projects in the hub
  • Lead the implementation of finance operations with new market entry, Joint Venture setup and M&A migration
