About the role
As the new Senior Brand Manager Vaccines, you will lead pre-launch and launch strategies to drive patient-focused outcomes. If you excel in strategic leadership and have a passion for impacting lives, join us and make a real difference!
What you will do:
- Lead Pre-Launch and Launch Planning: Drive the development and execution of pre-launch and launch planning, including Go-To-Market model, for assigned brand.
- Maximise Brand Value: Develop and implement effective brand strategies across the brand lifecycle to deliver patient-centric outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a cross-functional brand team to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies.
- Campaign Development: Utilising customer and brand insights to design and execute tactical campaigns that support key strategic imperatives.
- Customer Engagement: Utilise digital tools to enhance customer engagement, build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
- Internal Partnership: Partner with cross functional stakeholders to deliver on brand strategies
- Financial Management: manage sales targets and budgets, forecast sales and expenditures accurately.
What we’re seeking in you:
We’re looking for someone who is open-minded, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.
- 2+ years in customer-facing sales and cross-functional marketing roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological and Medical Sciences, Medicine, Business Marketing, or equivalent knowledge/experience.
- Entrepreneurial approach, ability to lead without authority, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience using digital and social media platforms for customer engagement and leveraging data for omnichannel engagement.
- Knowledge and experience working in the vaccines market
- Product pre-launch and launch experience
