Job Description
Service delivery, and infrastructure head role will provide high-level strategic oversight, management, and accountability for service delivery within the Plasma-Derived Therapies Business Unit. Role incumbent will guide talent leadership, daily management, training, individual growth plans, and will be instrumental in aligning infrastructure and service projects with business and IT strategies.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide executive-level oversight, management, and accountability for service delivery within the PDT DD&T BU, including talent leadership and daily management.
- Identify and address business needs related to donor center infrastructure and services and prioritize projects to align with overall business goals.
- Manage and develop a global team to support donor center services, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and integration capabilities of donor center services, supporting geographic expansion.
- Oversee Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan for all PDT IT Infrastructure and Operations, coordinating with various support levels to ensure continuity.

- Leadership & Management:
- Provide executive-level oversight, management, and accountability for service delivery within the PDT DD&T BU.
- Lead and manage talent within the team, including executing training programs and individual growth plans.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments and teams.
- Business Needs & Project Prioritization:
- Identify and address the business needs related to donor center infrastructure and services.
- Prioritize infrastructure and service projects to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of infrastructure and service projects.
- Global Team Development:
- Manage and develop a global team to support donor center services effectively.
- Ensure alignment of projects and services with overall business and IT strategy.
- Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Provide mentorship and career development opportunities for team members.
- Cost-Effectiveness & Integration:
- Ensure ongoing cost-effectiveness and integration capabilities of donor center services.
- Support geographic expansion capabilities of the PDT BU.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize value.
- Implement best practices for cost management and efficiency.
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity:
- Responsible for the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan for all PDT IT Infrastructure and Operations.
- Oversee L2 support and operations for both application and BioLife center technical services.
- Coordinate with L1 support to ensure end-to-end continuity of support.
- Coordinate with L3 support to ensure services while reducing the frequency of systemic outages.
- Enable successful transition of support services to the ICC from incumbent vendors.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
- Vendor Management & Budgeting:
- Manage PDT Digital, Data, and Technology (DD&T) vendor relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Develop and manage the budget for service delivery and infrastructure projects.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- Proven executive leadership experience in managing service delivery, infrastructure, and operations.
- Strong background in talent leadership and team development.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize projects and address business needs.
- Experience in managing global teams and supporting geographic expansions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Proficient in vendor management and budget oversight within IT and technical service environments.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- This role is integral to ensuring that the service delivery and infrastructure strategies of the PDT BU support and enhance overall business goals.
- The leader will work closely with various support levels to enhance the continuity and effectiveness of services provided by the PDT BU.

U.S. Base Salary Range:
205,100.00 - 322,300.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
