Our supervisor team undertakes essential work for the development of new motion sub-systems for our customers. They are the ones who manage the measurements timeline of all the Murten product and make the interface communication between the engineering team and the international test center team.
We are now looking for a Senior Laboratory Technician (Test Supervisor) with a relevant academic background and skill-set to join this fantastic team.
Your responsibilities will be to:

Collect all information to undertake all the test, check the feasibility, and the availability of all the equipment and give the go ahead to start the testing

Analyze test specifications then plan and set up validation plans

Follow up of progress and analysis of test results

Collect all documents and data to summarize test results

Produce the Final lab report for the customer and the engineering team

Lead the communication between the Laboratory, Engineering team as well as the Program Manager

Manage the Test equipment review and approval process
Our requirements:
-
A strong academic background in electric, electronic or mechanic (a degree with apprenticeship / CFC)

3 to 5 years of technical measurement experience from a relevant industry

Experience leading testing projects from start to finish

Ability to prioritize a varied workload, manage and track testing processes simultaneously

The ability to review measurement results with the engineering team, as well as experience in report writing

Good knowledge of Excel and MS Project

Excellent organizational skills, flexibility and patience

Very good communication skills in English and French
