About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the media transformation and strategy for the brand in line with brand ambitions.

  • Develop global media strategies, set budget and priorities and create media guidelines across all touch points, offline and digital.

  • Approve local media plans by country in line with guidelines and budget.

  • Manage media agency relationships, including negotiations & media audits, ensuring global media performance by monitoring and regularly reviewing the current status quo.

  • Continuously analyze and optimize media investment by conducting market research.

  • Ensure effective and continuous interaction with local market media teams.

  • Lead the global media team (directly) and local communications managers (indirectly), fully embracing the Win as One value.

  • Coordinate media budget and plans across 35+ different markets to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field.

  • 10 years of experience within a multinational company.

  • Deep understanding of the media and luxury industries.

  • Previous experience on the agency side is a plus.

  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work effectively across departments, particularly in influencer marketing and social media, to ensure a cohesive media strategy that aligns with ROI targets.

  • A strategic mindset with the courage to take risks and propose disruptive, innovative solutions that align with our vision and long-term goals.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of both digital and traditional media landscapes.

  • Strong project management capabilities.

  • Proficiency in analyzing data to make informed and impactful decisions.
