The World’s fastest growing sportswear brand is looking for a Global Digital (DTC-Ecommerce) Planning & Strategy Intern who can support the financial modeling around our Ecom Budget & forecasting rounds, development of various analyses and execution of strategic initiatives.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with our Digital Commercial team and Chief Digital Officer to drive the Ecom business plan, monitor ongoing performance, conduct market analysis and identify actions to help steer On’s Ecom business. This role is based from our office in Zurich.
Digital at On represents the direct-to-consumer distribution channel, covering sales via our ecommerce platform, marketplaces and App.
Your Mission
- Support the Senior Lead for Global Ecom Planning & Strategy in shaping On’s Ecom business plan by owning the financial Ecom budget and forecast modeling
- Collaborate with the regions to co-develop the country-specific commercial growth story by conducting specific market analysis
- Bring actionable insights to the Digital leadership team by closely monitoring business performance against plan
- Support weekly and monthly reporting of Ecom performance to the Digital Management and On’s Finance team (e.g. prepare supporting documents for Leadership meetings)
- Assess strategic opportunities across functions and regions through the development of business cases (e.g. development of new marketing channels, impact of new website features)
