As the Subchapter Lead Strategy & Engagement within Roche Diagnostics Solutions you will be a key part of the Global Chapter Digital Marketing & Digital Sales Enablement Chapter, embedded in the Marketing & Customer Insights organization. You will oversee and guide the strategic direction and engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment across all digital marketing activities and collaborations. This role demands a visionary leader who can manage multiple stakeholders, drive innovative strategies, and optimize digital engagement with key decision-makers in the B2B, B2B2C segment within the Invitro Diagnostics (IVD) and Martech industry, as well as HCPs and patients e.g. for Diabetes Care.

The Opportunity:

  • You define and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and experience. Ensure strategies are data-driven and aligned with the broader objectives of Roche Diagnostics Solutions and Roche Information Solutions

  • You develop and execute communication plans to improve engagement with regions and affiliates

  • You enable evidence-based decision-making through robust data analysis and consultations. Continually improve analytics capabilities in collaboration with affiliates and provideactionable insights with context.

  • You create and disseminate guidelines and best practices files to advise stakeholders on channel promotion, ensuring maximum impact and comprehensive coverage of available channels

  • You enhance collaboration with affiliates to maximize promotional impact, reduce overlap, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

  • You oversee the implementation of the Roche brand update and redesign of online workplace projects in global digital channels across Roche Diagnostics

  • You actively participate as a member of the Chapter Leadership Team (LT) and the extended Leadership Team (extended LT) to contribute to strategic decision-making and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • You bring previous experience in digital and/or marketing strategy and engagement, within the healthcare, IVD, and Martech industries or similar commercial roles in global, regions or affiliate organizations

  • You have proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully driving large-scale projects and initiatives.

  • You have an understanding of data analytics, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
