The Position

Service Business Development is a new function within the team of Customer Service Value and dedicated to understanding the market needs and crafting the right service offering for our customers. Customer satisfaction, cost effectiveness and market potential are the metrics to drive improvements. In this global role the network is key to success. Close stakeholder engagement and alignment will make this team successful.
This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, on site.
Key Responsibilities

Get familiar with the team, roles and objectives of the Global Customer Support as well as Customer Service Value

Get to know the global world of Service Business Development and support the shaping of services of the future

Analysis of customer feedback and insights obtained from the team or surveys

Shape opportunities for service offering improvement and identify areas

Support the elaboration of business cases for new services, identify the required data for refinement and support the alignment with stakeholders across teams

Support the competitor analysis and insight creation into service offerings within and outside the IVD market

Support the elaboration of content for the team (e.g. content for the team site)
Who You Are
You are enrolled or have completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s studies at a university, preferably in the field of Economics or Engineering after February 2024 and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.

Technical details:
The start date for the internship is March 2025 with a duration of 12 months.
It is not possible to write a thesis during the internship.
The application deadline is November 11th. Interviews will take place in late November and early December.
