Founded more than 9 years ago at ETH Zurich, Europe’s leading robotics university, our goal is to build the best aerial robots to digitize the world at the push of a button and set the basis for faster and better decisions. Wingtra provides efficient and reliable data solutions to a variety of industries ranging from mining, construction and agriculture to humanitarian organizations, environmentalists and wildlife monitoring groups.


In this role, you will execute a diverse range of activities, including administrative work, office management, and organising event. With your organized and hands-on approach, you will support the administration and ensure that Wingtra stays a great workplace by supporting the office ambiance, goodies, events, etc., and have the chance to improve them continuously. You will also be the first point of contact for external and internal business partners regarding the administration and office.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Wingtranauts, in general, with administrative and logistic work
  • Open mail, scan invoices and upload them to the designated folder.
  • Checking receipts, answering basic inquiries from team members on behalf of Wingtra (e.g., office & IT equipment, responsible for mail).
  • Be responsible for office-related processes: ordering food and materials.
  • Support administration during the onboarding/offboarding process (hand out office keys, ensure working station).
  • Be in charge of internal and external merch products, managing the stock as well as preparing for new starters.
  • Support internal company-wide events and initiatives and liaise with our colleagues abroad.
  • Organisation of external events (2 to 3 events per year).
  • If performance and time allow, support the team with more advanced tasks and take over more complex projects/tasks.


Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative work, office management and/or event management
  • Business fluent in English and German
  • Very reliable, well-organized, and diligent
  • Strong sense of responsibility and an open eye for tasks that can be done, including checking the office and helping to ensure that we have a nice working environment
  • Ability to follow processes and instructions
  • IT-savvy person
  • Enjoy having continuous communication with Wingtranauts and business partners
  • Positive and get-things-done attitude to the job
  • Flexibility to participate in our external events which entails higher workload than 40 to 50% (2 to 3 times per year)
