Within this position you will set the path into the future for the facility management team. This includes the initialization of a major digital transformation, the drafting of a new facility management tender and the development of a sustainable facility management organization.

  • Lead the facility management teams in Zürich and Basel and serve as Deputy to the property managers;
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues across Zürich, Basel, and Geneva;
  • Responsible for strategic and operational facility management including budget;
  • Drive the sustainability transformation using and developing our ESG compass tool further;
  • Concept Development: Create and implement strategies for sustainability, mobility, digitalization, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with providers to develop a sustainable FM-organisation;
  • Assess the current FM setup and service levels to draft a comprehensive new facility management tender;
  • Actively lead provider steering initiatives;
  • Support and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Facility and/or Real Estate Management
  • 5+ years of professional experience in facility management or related
  • Experience in managing complex or challenging projects
  • Strong experience in provider management and FM mandates
  • Familiarity with building codes, accessibility regulations and other relevant constraints in the field of real estate
  • Great social and communication skills
  • Favor of a “hands-on” approach
  • Very good spoken and written German and English skills, French knowledge is of advantage
