Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of our Change Delivery team within the Securities Services business unit. This team focuses on providing business analysis capabilities primarily in the Post-Trading business area, including regulatory-driven projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in an international team with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Your responsibilities will include gathering, analysing, and synthesizing information to document requirements and ensure that business and client needs are met within project parameters. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and testing implemented deliverables.
What You Will Do
- conduct business analysis for project and change request management in post-trading
- translate business needs into user stories and requirements, leading discussions with product managers, business architects, and developers
- analyse the impact of new change requests, ensuring new functionalities and processes meet business needs
- support the optimization of business processes in collaboration with operations and other teams
- prepare and execute test cases, review IT solutions against business requirements, and facilitate workshops with clients and stakeholders
What You Bring
- proven experience in requirements analysis/engineering within the financial industry, particularly with software specifications
- in-depth knowledge of securities settlement and asset servicing, including industry standards like ISO15022 and ISO20022
- experience across various business services such as Settlements, Corporate Actions, Tax, and Fund Executions
- strong understanding of European market harmonization rules and their implications for CSD/Custodian services
- expertise in T2S, SECOM, and SWIFT Network interactions, and proficiency in managing message specifications in SWIFT MyStandards
