The UGS Recruitment & Marketing department at EHL focuses on attracting and engaging prospective undergraduate students globally. It manages promotional campaigns, outreach events, and partnerships to increase visibility and showcase EHL's programs. Through tailored marketing strategies and recruitment initiatives, the department ensures a diverse and talented student body aligns with EHL’s values and standards.

The mission of the Student Recruitment Advisor is to coordinate and execute a diverse range of activities designed to drive international student growth. Your role will center on building relationships with potential applicants and key influencers, such as school counselors and parents. This involves extensive outreach, including attending recruitment fairs, and visiting educational institutions in your region. You will work closely with the candidates to ensure prospective students receive accurate information, aiding them in making informed decisions, and effectively representing our institution. You will also manage various projects, assess their impact, provide feedback, and share best practices to drive future success. You will join our team in charge for the following countries: Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Italy.
What will you do?
- You will attend fairs and other recruitment activities targeting students and investigating further education options.
- You will lead follow-up, nurturing and event organization in assigned territory(ies) for high school students, counsellors, and parents.
- You will prepare and deliver presentations and workshops.
- You will manage current and develop new relationships with potential feeder schools, raising EHL brand awareness.
- You will participate in recruitment events when and where appropriate.
- You will prepare and communicate adequate reporting to other departments.
- You will meet key stakeholders in the market to attract new applications and manage budget efficiently to increase ROI.
Who you are?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or experience in recruitment, or relevant field.
- You are at ease with Microsoft Office and you have hands-on experience with CRM systems.
- You have minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a student recruitment position.
- Your analytical skills and attention to detail make you a key collaborator.
- You are detail and quality oriented with a client approach.
- You are autonomous and at ease in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
- You are fluent in German & English (C2), and you have a good level in French (C1).
