What you'll do:

Dive head-first into analyzing, designing, testing, and developing projects

Transform Expedia's global requirements by refining our ServiceNow platform

Get hands-on! Design, configure, test and roll out ServiceNow HRSD module changes

Join our cross-functional team to tackle system and integration glitches and ensure our data's right

Partner with upstream/downstream systems and 3rd party vendors that bolster our ServiceNow Integrations

Engage with our Devs, Product Masters, Tech Gurus, and Support Engineers to make those tech dreams a reality

Craft epic runbooks. Think of them as your tech recipe book for system
Who you are:
-
Bachelor's or Master's in Information Science, Computer Science, Business or related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience
-
Rocks ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center configuration/development work for about 2-3 years
-
Plays the hero by implementing HR life cycle management events, integrating upstream/downstream and 3rd party systems with ServiceNow using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP

Acquires the wisdom of Development language and experience using various scripting technologies like JavaScript, PowerShell, and Shell

Shows off by crafting snazzy ServiceNow reports and dashboards

Grasps those popular delivered integrations and ServiceNow core concepts

Flaunts that ServiceNow Certification in Development (although if you haven't, it's cool - show us what else you've got!)

Understands additional tech platforms, especially Workday and AWS, and know how to integrate with Workday

Impress with your stellar communication game

Good understanding of Agile Methodology, Software Development Lifecyle, SOX Compliance and experience in tools like Jira & Service Now

Helps coordinate stakeholder input and collaboration efforts when developing solutions to issues

Thinks broadly and understand how, why, and when policies/processes are standardized and when they differ across the organization

Utilizes Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $112,000.00 to $156,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $179,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
