Summary:
- Reporting to the Global Facilities manager
- Responsibility for transferring cooperate sustainability and energy efficiency objectives into locally measured tactical actions (Projects)
- Responsible for creating a centralized management process / system that enables the efficient monitoring of results relative to objectives.
- Creates a roadmap for essential investment that is aligned with regulatory requirements and corporate objectives
- Responsible for leading and establishing a processes to drive Innovative ideation in all aspects of Waste elimination, Energy Efficiency, and Carbon Reduction
- Through a structured program Ensuring Plant energy systems are fit for purpose and are effectively maintained to meet regulatory and business needs.
- Support the ongoing analysis of energy efficiency with a structured audit program.
- Aid the creation of Business cases for all energy / carbon projects over $1 Million
- Support Plant Margin Improvement Projects Ideation and be available as a Troubleshooting SME for Key technologies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementation and deployment of Baxter Lean Energy Program
- Responsible for implementing programs to meet CO2 emissions targets
- Work with Opex
Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree
- Project Management
Education and/or Experience:
- Engineering Qualification with a successful track record in engineering operations & Facility management (Minimum 5 years)
- Large-scale capital investments project execution experience would be advantageous with prior responsibility for Engineering operations.
- Must be an effective communicator (In English).
- Mfg. Operational Experience would be advantageous.
