Experience
2+ years in sales or customer service.
Business to Business account management experience is a plus.
Skills:
Proficient in English.
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge of sales techniques.
Must hold a full UK Drivers License.
Role Expectations
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Account Manager with sales and customer service experience. Your main goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our hotel partners, including hotel managers and revenue managers, and help them find solutions that fit their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with hotel partners, including hotel managers and revenue managers.
- Help identify opportunities to grow hotel accounts.
- Understand the needs of hotel partners and recommend suitable products and services.
- Create account plans to gain and keep business.
- Learn how our department fits into the company and understand basic policies, trends, and market information.
- Develop knowledge of our products, services, and standard contract terms.
- Support contract negotiations and work with legal when needed.
- Communicate clearly with hotel partners and team members to gain support and resolve issues.
- Learn to assess costs, benefits, and risks of proposed solutions.
- Understand our products, offerings, and competitors.
- Attend face to face meetings with hotel partners to learn about their needs and expectations.
- Use data to showcase the value of our products and services.
