This 2 month IT Support mission offers an opportunity to work onsite in Lausanne region, providing Level 1 and 2 support for M365 within a small, collaborative team. The candidate will engage with international support across EMEA, working in both French and English under the guidance of an experienced manager and system engineer.

Description
- Mainly provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for Microsoft 365 to ensure efficient resolution of IT issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining the security and integrity of IT systems in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements in support processes.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on workstations, software, and peripheral devices.
- Document technical issues and solutions in a clear, organized manner for future reference.
- Provide support for EMEA offices with remote troubleshooting.
- Communicate effectively in both French and English to address user inquiries and technical issues.
- Offer training and guidance to users on IT systems and best practices for productivity.
- Report directly to the IT manager, providing regular updates on support activities and ongoing projects.
Profile
The successful candidate will have :
- Proven experience in Level 1 and Level 2 support within a Microsoft 365 environment.
- Proven experience in managing the Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, M365 suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Fluent in French with at least B2 level proficiency in English.
- Strong experience with ticketing systems for efficient issue tracking and resolution.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to solving technical issues.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with users.
- Able to provide onsite support for users in the Pully office when required.
- Team player with the flexibility to collaborate closely with a small IT team.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of IT service.
- Available to start as soon as possible to meet immediate support needs.
