Role:
The Infrastructure Portfolio Manager is responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Portfolio Management:
- Engagement with application clients and technology support teams to ensure transparency and seamless execution of tasks
- Prioritize infrastructure requests and ensure alignment with strategic design requirements and engineering best practices.
- Understand the existing infrastructure technology (Cloud Services, Infrastructure Virtualization, Containers, High Availability Application and Database clusters, distributed systems, big data, and Integration technologies), capacity management, and financial analysis
- Shape and adopt the strategic technology roadmap
- Identify and Mitigate Technical and Business Risks
- Budgetary Tracking and Cost-Reduction Optimization
- Ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.
- State of the Estate - Senior Executive Reporting Area Reporting
- Ability to develop working relationships, manage multiple activities and changing priorities
- Demonstrate accountability, leadership, independent initiatives, and willingness to lead and work with teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- Provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business and filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources
- Uses evaluative judgment based on the analysis of factual information in complicated or novel situations; uses multiple sources of information.
- Exhibits sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven influencing, relationship management and analytical skills
- Self-starter with ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly
- Experience in roles centered around infrastructure delivery (application hosting and/or end user services) with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
- Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$114,720.00 - $172,080.00
