The Resource Management Team sits within the Finance COO Organization. Our Mission is to serve as a trusted partner across Finance to drive transparency and accountability of Citi’s Resources. Specifically, this role is for Citi’s Workforce Management and is reporting to the Head of Resource Management. This will be inclusive of analysis, reporting, and governance metrics to foster a foundationally sound operational resource environment across our diverse workforce (11,000 people across multiple finance disciplines). The individual will also become well-versed in Citi Finance Position Management guidance and practices to drive success for the organization. The individual will need to ensure governance and compliance with all of Citi’s and the Finance organization’s policies, procedures, and processes. Enhanced control and governance of this process is an expected outcome.
This individual will work closely with SMEs to achieve the target state objectives and outcomes. This is currently an Individual Contributor role with leadership expectations to affect change.
* You must report on site three times a week to the office in Getzville. This role cannot be done remotely.
Responsibilities

Understand Citi's Enterprise Workforce guidance and application to Finance diverse workforce

Provide on demand executive level governance and status reporting.

Support and help define Finance-specific resource strategies, including location, organizational design principles, sourcing, and monitor adherence and implementation across Finance disciplines

Provide input and requirements into related firm-wide initiatives (e.g., Resources@Citi) and implement/roll out within Finance.

Develop, maintain, and enhance governance metrics and reporting across diverse stakeholders (executive level and execution level, while being able to leverage for regulatory commitments)

Optimize Finance onboarding processes and oversight reporting for new resources, working with SMEs in human resources (e.g., talent acquisition and learning and development).

Create and maintain oversight on transformation and BAU headcount reporting, including ACT reporting.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills

Required to dive into details, to support and drive strategic approach.

Excellent presentation skills – executive level

Excellent analytical and technical skills (excel)

Demonstration of executing diverse operational BOW and defined results inclusive of re-engineering

Subject matter expertise and desire to be in workforce management, including planning, reporting and location strategy.

Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives.

Advanced Microsoft office skills

Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior management.

Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

At least 5-8 years overall experience.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment

Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and provide direction with judgement and authority to enable effective validation with senior stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree, Masters Preferred.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$100,800.00 - $151,200.00
