For our client, a leader in the chemical industry, we are looking for a :
Junior Regulatory Affairs Specialist
As Junior Regulatory Affairs Specialist you will work within our Regulatory Ingredients Compliance Strategy CoE-Registra-tion & compliance, you will provide regulatory support to enable the organization to achieve the divisional targets with respect to substance registrations and compliance.
In this role, you will develop subject matter expertise with chemical regulatory compliance, chemical management and be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and publishing information on our ingredient portfolio as well as participating to the registration and monitoring of the compliance for the F&B ingredient portfolio.
In this role, you will also be involved on the development, implementation and maintenance of processes, programs to ensure compliance with existing and emerging chemical control legislation.

In this exciting role, reporting to the Registration & Compliance Lead, Regulatory Ingredients Compliance Strategy CoE, you will:
- Perform compliance monitoring on some aspects of the CCL(Chemical Control Legislation)to assess compliance with applicable regulations, using company's systems.
- Provide analyses for large datasets necessary for decisions using actionable insights.
- Support dossier preparation for national and international notifications
- Assist the team as necessary.
- Participate to the development of the solutions to ensure of the compliance globally, the testing and the training of the teams as needed.
Profile :
- University / bachelor's or master's degree in a scientific field
- A minimum of 1-3years relevant in a compliance role in chemical or related industry
- Basic Knowledge of REACH regulation and legal guidelines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure to time constraints and deadlines.
- Strong IT skills, including competency in MS office -Must also demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP in an advantage
- Strong communication (both oral and written) and networking skills, commitment to delivering high quality work
- Strong analytical skills
- Must be able to work autonomously with a strong team spirit
- Business Fluency in English and French is a must
