Teoxane Laboratories were established in Geneva, Switzerland, in 2003. They are specialized in the design and manufacturing of hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers and dermocosmetics. Using its products, practitioners are able to fill all kinds of wrinkles, from the finest to the deepest, to restore youthful volume to the face, and to treat the neck and décolleté, with natural results. In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a :
Medical Affairs Intern
Main activities
- Support in literature search/screening, including the literature search process according to projects and requestor's needs, and evaluate periodic searches with a focus on trends
- Update our Endnote library (e.g., shared sub-libraries) and work on its evolution to the corporate iCloud-based library (e.g., Endnote 21) and training manual
- Keep providing library service for internal (including affiliates) and external requests (consultants / KOL who have a valid and signed agreement with TEOXANE) while keeping track of the requests and associated costs/allocation
- Check copyrights for figures/pdf and provide internal support when dealing with copyright matters by liaising with other functions (including legal)
- Understand and learn new clinical data/ SOTA and translate these findings into outlines for both original articles and expert papers
- Support in the regular selection of the literature according to the SOTA criteria and for MedNews
- Participate in the preparation of SOTA, when requested, or reports on any other scientific topic as well as any other related material (e.g., slides for presentations or pre-reads for meetings with HCPs and KOL)
- Participate in Experts/Advisory boards to collect insights for SOTA and medical/scientific publications (e.g., Consensus/Guidelines/ Expert opinions)
- Contribute to the preparation of outlines/drafts of scientific papers
- Learn how to deal with external medical writing consultants and liaise with them and authors
- Learn how to deal with auditable Medical Affairs projects and provide support as well as monitor their progression, to fill in templates for official reporting (e.g. KPIs on Literature search)
- Liaise with the Case Management lead and the safety Manager to manage documentation and internal archiving in compliance with internal SOPs
Your profile
- Scientific University, EPF or HES degree
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility
- Enthusiasm and commitment with a good attitude towards teamwork
- Good Scientific writing and communication skills
- Fluency in English and French
We are offering a 4-6 month contract internship starting in January/February 2025.
