The Forum's Forum Spaces team is building a digital platform ( Forum Spaces), the digital operating system for multi-stakeholder collaboration. Reporting lines and interactions
The Engagement Specialist, Forum Spaces , will report to the Engagement Lead, Forum Spaces.
The candidate will work very closely with direct colleagues in Product Management, Digital Success, and interact daily with Forum and external initiatives.
Breakdown of main responsibilities
Account Management

Oversee a portfolio of internal initiatives, serving as the primary liaison for all matters pertinent to the initiatives' digital requirements.

Ensure that our products and services are delivered to client satisfaction.

Gain a thorough understanding of the strategic priorities of the initiatives.
-
Drive the implementation of engagement plan and growth opportunities with initiative teams.

Build and strengthen trusted, collaborative, long-term partnership.
Platform Governance/Operations Support

Ensure the premium quality of initiative spaces within the platform.
-
Implement robust governance protocols.
-
Utilize data analytics to periodically evaluate and report on the quality of initiative engagement and user experience; convey insights to leadership and propose recommendations for process optimization.

Coordinate various aspects of digital engagement.
-
Oversee the integrity of data within the platform.
Voice of Customer
-
Actively engage in the product's design thinking process.

Channel user feedback into the product development pipeline.
Platform Curation
-
Contribute to a Community Engagement Playbook, aiding initiatives in leveraging digital tools and services to scale engagement.

With the help of Engagement Lead, provide advice on initiative engagement journey.

Coordinate a community of initiative practitioners for collaborative learning and best-practice dissemination, the results of which will be integrated into the Community Engagement Playbook.

Ability to work effectively with initiative teams, ensuring that they make the best use of the platform to scale engagement, and benefit from timely communication and efficient coordination.

Service excellence in pro-actively managing requests, making recommendations, and interacting with internal and external stakeholders

Positive feedback from stakeholders on the quality and impact of the platform curation.
Preferred Requirements and Experience

Bachelor’s degree; Advanced University degree preferred
-
Approximately 5+ years of experience in digital community management, large scale project management, change management, consulting, or digital transformation, in a demanding professional environment

Methodological, proven experience in driving consistency and standards across.

Strong people skills, relationship management skills and successful track record of delivering superior customer service and partner relationships

Capacity to apply critical thinking, synthesize various viewpoints, consult broadly.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to deliver complex projects that require analysis, stakeholder management and strategic planning

Adaptable and resilient; able to thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
