How you can make an impact


-Planning and Implementation of Mobilization Projects: You are responsible for the holistic management of mobilization projects for the maintenance of new rolling stock. This also includes areas such as workshop planning and depot construction, implementation of innovative maintenance concepts, and the establishment of the Maintenance Management System
-Project Architect: You carry overall responsibility for the smooth execution of the projects and ensure their success
-Company Ambassador: In close contact with our locations and customers, you always strive to exceed their expectations and maintain an excellent relationship
-Financial and Time Management: You are responsible for managing the financial and time goals of our projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules
-Coordination of Teams and Resources: Through your strong coordination skills, you bring together all departments along the value chain, creating a harmonious collaboration
-Contract Management: You identify relevant levers in operational maintenance business and implement these in contracts with customers and suppliers. You handle complex contractual structures professionally and find solutions that improve the projects
-Communication with Stakeholders: You act as the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication
-Quality Assurance and Process Optimization: You ensure the high quality of project results and initiate continuous improvements in processes and methods

How you will contribute


-Technical Education: You have a completed education in engineering or a comparable qualification
-Work Experience: You have several years of experience in project management, ideally in the maintenance of rolling stock
-Project Management Skills: You are proficient in common project management methods and tools and use them confidently
-Personal Strengths: Teamwork, communication skills, and assertiveness are your strengths
-Language Skills: You have fluent German and English skills
-Willingness to Travel: You are ready to travel regularly within Europe (about 20 – 40%)
