  • Number Enthusiast. You have a strong cost awareness for efficient use while maintaining high-quality standards and possess an entrepreneurial mindset with an economical approach to work. You also have experience in purchasing and ordering.
  • Team Player. You have initial leadership skills and are a true team player. With your motivation, commitment, and attention to detail, you ensure exemplary teamwork and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Responsibility. Ensuring smooth operations in the kitchen. In the absence of the head chef, you take over the responsibility.
  • Juggler. You are responsible for the culinary care of our guests, but also take care of purchasing, cost calculation, and ordering the required supplies, all while adhering to the budget and food cost guidelines.
  • Hands-On. You actively assist and support your team in daily operations. By skillfully applying your in-depth knowledge of preparing à la carte dishes and buffets, you set an example for others.
  • Support. You assist with staff scheduling, create duty rosters when necessary, and help with inventory management. Additionally, you ensure proper handling of food and kitchen equipment, and comply with hygiene regulations and HACCP standards, checking them in daily operations.
  • Role Model and Knowledge Sharer. You provide the support your team needs to achieve satisfied guests. You also take care of onboarding new staff members and trainees and are approachable for their concerns.
