Strategic

• Manage Change to elevate Prestige Brands into a digital culture
• You participate actively in the SAP integration projects / Continuous improvement by using the recommended method and tools.

Delivery

• You respect existing solutions and requirements in order to design and implement targeted and pragmatic solutions.
• Within the framework of your tasks, you evaluate the capacity requirements necessary in order to add value to the project following a request from the trade.
• You manage change requests or incidents
• You coordinate the developers and carry out unit tests and, if necessary, integration and non-regression tests.
• You are in charge of level 3 and level 2 training and support
• Ensure business requirements are validated, measured during project implementation and met expectations
• You participate actively and responsibly:
  • to maintaining data security (availability, confidentiality, integrity)
  • definitions of data migration
  • at the different project phases, respecting the methodologies and tools in place
  • definitions and achievements of reporting and indicators

Program Management

• Secure, sponsor and support company culture, values, policies, procedures, and standards with integrity
• You know how to share and involve your senior business analyst colleagues from other fields
• You manage change
• Coach and Lead, you simplify complexity, explaining, building the sense of team, drive and encourage with a delivery focus

Profil

Business

• Experience in fast-changing, international environment with senior stakeholders
• Experience in project management in complex environments interacting with a wide variety of people/diverse cultures
• Experience in large implementations with several years hands-on experience in partnering with business for implementation of IT projects
• Understand business needs and transform them into IT specifications / IT projects
• Extensive experience in business processes
• At least 10 years of experience in SAP implementation
• Experienced in SAP integration with other "business" tools
• Significant experience in change management

Tools and platforms

• Good knowledge of SAP LOD
• Experience developing and implementing industry standard tools and methodologies Capable to produce complete project documents and deliverables
• Good knowledge of Project Management tools - SAP activate and Solman 7.2
• Good knowledge of most common IT Systems (PLM, Web, BI, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud based

Compétences requises

• Is capable to communicate clearly in French; English languages are mandatory requirements. German is an asset.
• Build and maintain solid relationships across Prestige IT Management and partners
• Can manage change and sponsor Change Management methodology implementation

Degree in information technology or in the field of production and quality or equivalent.
