The main objective of the Mid Office Senior Business Analyst position is to develop and maintain standards for Deal Models in Endur across all Origination countries. This role leads projects and initiatives related to Deal Life Cycle (DLC) systems and tools, gathers business and functional requirements from stakeholders, and ensures efficient prioritization and development. The position guarantees that business needs and specifications are well documented and ready for implementation.

What you will do:

• Develop, maintain, and improve standards for Deal Models across the Origination business.
• Gather, define, and document business & functional specifications for DLC IT development and implementation.
• Plan and coordinate international DLC projects from specification to implementation.
• Manage relationships with key DLC stakeholders to ensure efficient DLC IT development.
• Collaborate closely with IT departments and follow internal business analysis and project management frameworks.
• Ensure DLC processes are well documented, updated, and maintained with new tools or changes to existing tools.
• Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree in STEM, Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Post-graduate education in product, project management, or business analysis is an advantage.
• AI/ML and MS Azure knowledge is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, finance, or energy sectors.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with ETRM systems, preferably OpenLink Endur.
• Knowledge of international trading and/or commodity environments.
• Excellent technical analysis and design skills for business and functional requirements in complex organizations.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of technology, including software development methodologies and IT architecture.
• Familiarity with the Origination business is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a structured approach.
• Business results-driven, effective team player with a strong customer orientation.
• Drive to shape innovative solutions and optimize existing ones.
• Willingness to travel when needed.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
