What you will do

As the Regional Student Recruitment Manager, your role is pivotal in advancing EHL Group’s recruitment objectives for our Undergraduate (UGS) Programs. You oversee a dedicated team of Student Recruitment Advisors within your region, ensuring a cohesive approach to prospective student engagement.

Reporting directly to the Director of Recruitment, you collaborate extensively with our marketing, recruitment, and admissions specialists. With their insights and direction, you will spearhead the management of EHL Group’s recruitment processes, focusing on enhancing the efficiency and impact of our recruitment initiatives across the entire customer journey.

As a Regional Recruitment Manager, you will:

  • Oversee daily tasks, ensuring team operations align with organizational targets and policies.
  • Manage the allocated budget, carefully planning and managing expenses to optimize resource allocation and financial performance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, fairness, recognition and strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to student recruitment, and update the team accordingly.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts within the region, tailoring strategies and actions to the regional context.
  • Actively mentor team members, facilitate their professional growth and development.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support in daily activities, ensuring team members have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Offer coaching on strategy creation and execution, while delivering constructive feedback to refine approaches and enhance performance while remaining aligned with the UGS vision.

Who you are

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or experience in recruitment, management or relevant field.
  • You have experience with CRM and marketing automation fields.
  • You have 5 years of professional experience with 2 years in a similar role.
  • You are able to analyze large amounts of data, test and extract insights.
  • You are detail and quality oriented with a client approach.
  • You have strong communication and adaptability skills.
  • You are a team player with empathy and listening skills.
  • You have a proactive and autonomous attitude with very good collaborative skills.
  • You have excellent written and verbal skills in English, French is a nice to have.
  • You are flexible to travel if needed.
