As a Director, you will lead a global delivery team and work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex cyber security issues from strategy to execution. You will help to continue the exciting growth of our cybersecurity practice focusing on Manufacturing, Pharma and Industrial Products industries. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions to develop and grow cyber business.
Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments.
Your Impact
- You will have the chance to pursue and deliver large and complex opportunities to solve our clients' security challenges via Transformation programs.This includes delivering Supply chain, OT, IAM, Managed Services Transformation programmes on a global scale, advising clients on how to define
- You will be creating an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.
- You will be driving and taking an ownership for developing strategic client relationships that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders
- You will have an influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the firm and our clients
Your Skill Set
- 10+ years' experience in Manufacturing, Pharma, or Industrial Products.
- Strong communication, consulting, and persuasion skills.
- Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
- Expertise in delivering complex security transformation projects.
- Collaborate with IT, Risk, Manufacturing, and Security teams.
- Build strategic relationships with clients and vendors.
- Experience with cybersecurity functions (e.g., OT Security, supply chain, incident response) and regulations (NIS2, EU CRA).
- Leadership and business development experience in multi-cultural environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards (IEC-62243, NIST CS).
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, etc.) beneficial.
