• Shape and implement customer-centric propositions across our clients' transformation agenda, from defining and implementing effective strategies, optimizing organizational capacities and fostering a solid cultural change agenda, through to designing and implementing technical solutions while embracing agility.
• Leverage your continuously evolving understanding of best-of-breed digital engagement platforms (e.g. Adobe, Microsoft, Salesforce, etc.) to help our clients achieve Marketing, Sales and Service excellence and to confidently lead and grow teams of experts from PwC, partners and client organizations.
• Build trusted relationships with our clients, teams and partners and engage in the definition, development and commercialization of future and forward-looking services and solutions for our clients across industries.
• Participate within the global PwC community to develop and share best practices and processes.
• Present and articulate selling points, subject matter topics and project narratives on different management levels internally and externally.
• Provide thought leadership internally, to the team and the wider PwC Advisory community, and externally to client teams or on public platforms.
