Senior UX Writer Description
Are you passionate about creating seamless user experiences through compelling and clear content? Do you want to play a crucial role in shaping the voice and tone of our client’s digital products? If so, you may be the Senior UX Writer we are looking for to join our team in Zürich. We offer a hybrid work model with a mix of remote and on-site work at our client’s office.
As a Senior UX Writer, you will work closely with designers, product managers and developers to ensure that our banking client's digital interfaces are intuitive and user-friendly. Your expertise in UX writing will help them deliver exceptional experiences to their clients.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with interaction and service designers, product teams, localization experts, business analysts, developers and researchers
- Develop copy for a variety of use cases, including UI components on web, mobile and support content
- Create client-centred copy based on research insights and client feedback
- Collaborate in an agile product development environment with short sprints, rapid prototyping and frequent user testing
- Prepare the ground for an awesome user experience in all languages by working together with localization experts
- Help shape our processes in a highly dynamic environment
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
Requirements
- 5+ years of writing experience with a portfolio showcasing your skills
- Proven experience as a UX Writer, preferably in the financial industry and with complex user journeys
- Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices and research
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to create content that is clear, concise and user-focused
- Proficiency in using tools like Figma and FigJam
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Native English speaker with a high level of proficiency in German and an awareness for the challenges of multilingual products
