Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Your main tasks

• Responsibility for product management of customer variants of platform products
• Support and coordination of an interdisciplinary product care team
• Representation of customer requirements in projects and stakeholder management
• Main contact for internal and external inquiries, including customer visits and workshops
• Contribution to commercial analyses and coordination of product changes, and optimizations (including change control & CAPAs)
• Creating and supporting project orders and offers and ensuring compliance with contractual aspects for customers and partners
• Managing sample products for customers and exhibitions and solving technical, quality, logistical, and commercial challenges to ensure product profitability and customer satisfaction

Your profile

• Completed education either in the field of technology or natural sciences (engineer or comparable qualification) or a business education (University, HF)
• Further training in business administration is an advantage for engineers or natural scientists
• Experience in organizing and implementing interdisciplinary projects
• Flair for customer contact and customer care
• Strong organizational skills, a structured way of working and high degree of independence
• Experience in a GMP environment is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
