COGERIM a été fondée en 1972 par un syndicat, dans le but de gérer le patrimoine immobilier d’une coopérative d’habitations. Au fil des années, COGERIM a diversifié ses activités.
Depuis presque 50 ans, le savoir-faire de COGERIM se traduit par des conseils et une gestion avisés dans les divers métiers et services proposés.
COGERIM s’est imposée comme une gérance de taille moyenne avec un portefeuille d’immeubles situé principalement sur le canton de Genève.
Forte de son expérience, COGERIM a su développer ses services de gérance, particulièrement la gestion de gérances centrales et de PPE, parallèlement au développement de plusieurs projets dans le cadre de ses prestations de pilote immobilier.
Notre société est membre USPI et titulaire du label qualité qui certifie à ses clients le respect des réglementations en vigueur. Active également dans le domaine de la formation, nos directeurs dispensent des cours aux apprentis et aux employés de régie.
Notre coopérative est basée sur deux sites à Châtelaine et au cœur d’Avanchet-Parc.
