The work environment and atmosphere is a considerable asset of the company. The trust that the management has in its employees is also very appreciable.

As I have not been with the company for long, I do not see any areas for improvement yet.

Wonderful company! Beautiful clinics with excellent team spirit. Conditions are ok but a lot of fringe benefits and advantages are available! Sometimes the agility of the management makes the scheduling and the planning a little bit rough but at least you know it in advance, which is not the case at every regional hospital.

I have been working at SMN for 7 years now and it's been a real pleasure. I would not change my team for anything. They gave me the opportunity to change clinic when I felt like a wanted a new challenge.
