Located next to the station, the site is easily accessible, and there are parking spaces in the building for daily rental. The working environment is top-notch, next to the lake (great for lunches with colleagues), and the office decor is nice (decorated rooms, sit-stand desks, bicycles and office-size walking mats). Great working atmosphere among colleagues Interesting team projects We belong to a big company, but in Switzerland, we operate in a bit of a start-up atmosphere. 2 days of home office are very much appreciated.
What could be improved?
As an employee, I see small adjustments to be made every year, but they can be proposed to HR or management and the point is heard and discussed. Some changes are implemented and others are not.
